Deirdre McCormick
Deirdre is Chief Nurse Head of Public Protection Service in NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde
Deirdre has held a range of clinical, managerial and professional advisory roles in both the acute and primary care setting, and within the Chief Nursing Officer Patient, Public and Health Professionals Directorate - Scottish Government.
Deirdre grew up in Omagh in Northern Ireland and now lives in south Lanarkshire. She is married and has three adult children.
Aside from regular trips to Ireland to visit family and friends she loves nothing more than spending weekends in Maidens.
Deirdre has a great interest in music having competed at her first feis at the age of six!
