It’s for the whole family, it’s not just for children with life-shortening conditions. You get time as a family, time to enjoy yourselves and not worry. Last time, the Doctor chatted with us for ages and discussed next steps. We always spend lots of time with the Activities Coordinator. They are just great, and their ideas are amazing. We have a lot of contact with our Child and Family Worker, and we have a really good bond.

Who we help
We're here for the whole family
We support children with life-shortening conditions, from before birth up to age 21.
We care for the whole family and can support siblings, parents, carers, other family members and significant people in your child's life. We offer choices tailored to each unique situation.
Our specialist care is available to all children across Scotland which you can access at our hospices, in your own home, local community or hospital.
We recognise that you deserve choice as the needs of your children and families will change throughout their life and death. So our care and support is individualised to your needs.
We're here to support you on your journey when you need CHAS.
