What difference will my gift make?
Sometimes it’s the small moments that make the biggest difference
While is costs millions every year to run our service, some of the moments we help families create don’t cost much at all.
Like the time one of our volunteer gardeners helped two siblings’ bond over a flower crown. Or making hand and footprints of a child, for a family to treasure. These things don’t cost much but mean the world to families.
Every gift, big or small, adds up. Gifts in Wills fund the care of 1 out of every 6 families we support and make a huge difference to so many lives. Please give whatever you are able and know that making CHAS families part of your personal legacy is always special.
Funding vital services
Did you know that £1 in every £4 donated to CHAS is from a gift in a Will? We simply wouldn’t be able to care for families the way we do without these gifts. Gifts in Wills pay for the care of 1 in 6 families we support.
Providing a lifeline in tough times
Gifts in Wills help us through challenging times, like the pandemic, when so many of our fundraising activities had to stop overnight, but the needs of children and families did not.
Help us plan for the future
Knowing that caring individuals like you have included CHAS in their Will allows us to plan ahead. It means together, we are already working to support families in the future.
Making a real difference
Did you know that gifts in Wills helped us:
- Fund the building of Rachel House.
- Create new garden features, such as the Laburnum Walkway at Robin House.
- Pay for specialist training for our doctors and nurses.
- Fund unforgettable musical experiences for children and families.
- And so much more.
Every gift, big or small, is so important; because every moment families spend with their child is so important. Sometimes its the small moments that make the biggest difference. Through your love and care, you will be there for families of the future.
